Strategy

Based on your specific request, we’ll begin designing. We’ll show you the process from wireframe to the fully built-out site with refinement stages for your input.
Design

Before beginning the designing process, we’ll assess how we can meet your business goals based on your questionnaire answers and our meetings. Once we have a plan, we begin designing.
Launch

The fully completed site completely belongs to you! We’ll supply you with sufficient training materials with a 14-day post-launch support for any further questions.

Usually, we do require brand assets (logo, typography, color palette, etc.) before beginning. However, if you wish to have branding done by us, we can help create branding for you.

Although website-builders allow anyone to create their own site, the process requires a lot of time, energy, and knowledge to create a professional site. There’s more than what meets the eye, including coding, SEO optimization, site speed, and meeting accessibility standards. Additionally, creating sites with AI may also take a tedious amount of time to make a site tailored perfectly to your brand.
At 848webStudio, we avoid using AI as much as possible to help the environment and give your website a feeling that can only be produced by human hands.

Depending on the scope and requirements for your project, we can ensure results for a semi-custom site as soon as 2 weeks. For more detailed and fully custom sites, the project can take around 8 weeks.

For most projects, we require branding assets beforehand, although we can help create those if needed. We require active feedback for the duration of the project to ensure we are on track to delivering you an outstanding result by the time of the deadline.

We create websites on Squarespace, Wix, and Carrd. If you’re interested in having your site built on another platform such as Shopify, we are more than happy to create your website there as well.
Maitenance

We offer support of 14 days post-launch of each project, and can create custom videos to walk you through the site so you feel comfortable managing it.

We will work together with you to ensure you are fully satisfied with the site before it is completed. You are more than welcome to update it afterwards. We will send you tutorial videos so you feel comfortable doing so!
Payment

For website projects, deposit of 50% is required before the project begins, and the remaining 50% is required within 2 weeks of the start date.

Yes, there is an additional cost for any tools not already included in the package you choose, based on the price of each add-on required.

Our process involves full communication to ensure we perfectly meet the needs and wants of your business. We will use your feedback and guidance to tweak any part of the design before the project concludes to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with the result. Deposits are non-refundable.
